We meet people at their home, churches, or at the hospital. Our referrals come through doctors, nurses, APS, DCS, Hospice, and other community providers who see an individual or family with a need and do not know how or where to refer someone for help. |

The nonprofit fundraising also helps cover the cost for prescription medication for those who do not have insurance or the funds to pay for their medication. |
